Commissions

Don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss the portrait or ask any questions you may have about the process or the photos needed.

50% of the final commission price will need to be received as a non-refundable deposit before I begin the commission piece. The remainder of the balance will need to be paid once the commission is completed before the client receives the artwork. Once the artwork is completed, additional costs may be incurred if the client would like to make any adjustments at an hourly rate of $50 per hour. Costs incurred for adjustments will need to be added to your final balance before receiving the artwork.

Once the portrait is ready, I will send it to you for approval. If you would like any adjustments or changes, I would be happy to accommodate them. I will only send the final portrait if you are satisfied with it. After your final approval, it will be shipped. The piece does not come framed and will be shipped rolled in a tube with protective sheets to prevent damage during transit.

The process takes 3-7 days. If you need a portrait urgently, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, of approximately $30, depending on your location.

By default, the portrait comes unframed. Your order will be shipped rolled in a tube to protect it. You can have the drawing framed locally. To ensure safe delivery, all drawings are rolled (unframed) and shipped in a cardboard tube or box.

A tracking number will be provided. You can find the tracking number in your confirmation email.
